IAM Technical Consultant

Location : Chandigarh (Onsite)

Shift : US Shift (9 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM IST)

Experience : 5 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Enterprise PIAM solution for provisioning, MFA, SSO, and HR integrations.

- Collaborate with client solution architects to design secure, scalable PIAM integrations.

- Perform GAP analysis, low-level design, testing, cutover, and production support.

- Drive end-to-end PIAM rollout across facility, site, and campus-level environments.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years in technical/functional design of technology applications (Java/SQL).

- Strong expertise in Physical Access Control Systems (Lenel, Johnson Controls, CCure, AMAG, Honeywell any 3).

- Hands-on PIAM configuration & implementation (minimum 2 large-scale rollouts).

- Strong knowledge of PACS architecture, segmentation, door groups, badges.

- Integration with Active Directory, HR systems (Workday), MFA, and SSO solutions.

- Proficiency in RestAPI, WebServices, SSL configurations, Tomcat/WebLogic.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Airport security processes and access management.

- Knowledge of Identity Governance and other IAM solutions.

- Experience with PingFederate, OAuth 2.0, Linux, scripting languages.
