- Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with business and security requirements.

- Work extensively with Ping Identity tools including Ping Federate console, PingOne console, PingID, and Ping Directory.

- Configure Ping Identity with Azure Active Directory B2C to enable secure hybrid access.

- Perform system integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity providers.

- Ensure compliance with IAM best practices, governance, and security policies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, service desk, and end users to align IAM solutions with business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues related to authentication, federation, and provisioning.

- Support initiatives around Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA), and advanced access controls.

- Conduct regular audits, monitoring, and reporting to ensure system reliability and security posture.

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise with Ping Federate and Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingID, Ping Directory).

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

- In-depth knowledge of IAM standards and protocols : SAML 2.0, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA/2FA, Kerberos, LDAP.

- Proven ability to integrate IAM solutions in hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles.

- Demonstrated expertise in Ping Federate and Azure AD B2C integration.

- Prior experience in designing, deploying, and supporting IAM solutions at scale.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure Security, CISSP, or CISM are preferred
