About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional who has grown from hands-on development into leadership someone with strong expertise in Java or Python-based applications and proven experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end technology projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring successful and timely delivery of complex software projects.

- Drive project planning, execution, and tracking using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery milestones.

- Contribute to design discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Manage sprint cycles, stand-ups, and code reviews while maintaining code quality and best practices.

- Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Handle risk management, performance monitoring, and project reporting.

- Identify areas for process improvement and promote engineering excellence within the team.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on background in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) or Python (Django, FastAPI).

- Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello).

Preferred Profile :

- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing project delivery.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and design patterns.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and building high-performing teams.

- Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or AWS Certified Developer are an added advantage.
