About the Role :

i2k2 Networks is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Data Center Solution Architect / DC Presales Consultant to join our Presales team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Data Center and Cloud solution architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and presales consulting. The candidate should be capable of working independently while also leading and mentoring the presales team to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. The role requires excellent technical, communication, documentation, and customer engagement skills, along with the ability to manage end-to-end presales activities from requirement gathering to solution presentation and proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend optimal Data Center and Cloud solutions.

- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective On-Premises, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and Multi-Cloud solutions.

- Prepare and manage RFI, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, SOW, Technical Proposals, Solution Documents, and Architecture Designs.

- Perform end-to-end solution designing for enterprise Data Center, Networking, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Security solutions.

- Adopt a consultative selling approach to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and addressed.

- Conduct technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and customer meetings.

- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), solution architecture diagrams, sizing documents, and implementation recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with Solution Managers, OEMs, Product Teams, Sales Teams, and Delivery Teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

- Act as the technical lead during presales engagements and provide technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Work independently on strategic opportunities while effectively managing and mentoring junior presales engineers and team members.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals and technical responses.

- Where required, act as the Project Manager for assigned opportunities to ensure the proposed solution is delivered in line with customer expectations.

- Deliver professional presentations on i2k2 products, services, and solution offerings.

- Ensure all presales activities comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry best practices.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings through customer interactions, OEM engagements, seminars, and industry events.

- Share market intelligence and strategic feedback with the Sales Head and management to enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-10 years of experience in Data Center Solution Architecture, Cloud Solutions, or Infrastructure Presales.

- Proven expertise in handling RFI, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, SOW, and Technical Proposal Preparation.

- Strong experience in Solution Designing for enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Excellent client-facing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and implementation planning.

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet proposal deadlines.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to handle a team while also working independently.
