The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Big Data frameworks like Apache Spark and Nifi.

You will drive architectural decisions and mentor teams to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build complex, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.

- Owning end-to-end development and delivery of features and enhancements.

- Designing and optimizing large-scale distributed data processing using Apache Spark and Nifi.

- Collaborating with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align on technical vision.

- Leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.

- Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers within the team.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in backend development, with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

- Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Advanced experience with Apache Spark, Apache Nifi, and distributed systems.

- Proven ability to make architectural decisions and drive technical strategy.

- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning.

- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
