Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise platforms, including design, build, and operations, ensuring security, compliance, reliability, scalability, and resilience.

2. Lead product-driven platform engineering initiatives to enhance user experience, drive continuous improvement, and align with organizational standards and policies.

3. Manage hosting services across on-premise environments, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and security.

4. Oversee network and security services, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Ensure effective delivery and performance of database and middleware services supporting critical business applications.

6. Manage mainframe environments to ensure reliable, efficient, and stable operations for legacy systems.

7. Oversee data center operations, ensuring facilities meet operational, regulatory, sustainability, and cost-efficiency standards.

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

2. Extensive leadership experience in IT architecture, cloud technologies, and security within enterprise environments.

3. Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their security capabilities.

4. Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, including IAM, encryption, network security, and threat detection.

5. Proven experience leading large-scale cloud transformations and implementing secure cloud solutions.

6. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cloud and data security.

7. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement.

8. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, CISSP, CCSP) preferred.
