What Youll Do :

Front-End Engineering :

- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences in partnership with designers and PMs.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile-first responsiveness.

Back-End Engineering :

- Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js and NestJS.

- Integrate with internal platforms and third-party systems to enable secure, reliable data flows.

- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth) and enforce strong security standards.

DevOps & Quality :

- Own the full SDLC-design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support production systems.

- Work with Azure and GitLab CI/CD for automated builds and deployments.

- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure consistently high code quality.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture.

- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and key technical decision-making.

- Support the hiring process through technical interviews and help shape team norms, including on-call practices.

What Were Looking For :

Experience : 8+ years in full-stack development.

Technical Skills our ideal candidates have is below. This is our current tech stack, but we are open to making changes. Experience with all of these technologies is not required. We encourage learning on the job!

Frontend : React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Backend : Node.js, NestJS, RESTful API design

DevOps : GitLab CI/CD, Azure Cloud

Our core stack includes React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and NestJS, but experience with similar modern frameworks or languages-such as Angular, Vue.js, Express.js, .NET, or Java-is considered.

Quality & Testing : Proficiency in unit/integration testing and monitoring tools.

Soft Skills : Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset : Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with containerization (Docker)

- Familiarity with Material UI or similar libraries

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
