Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Lead with a strong background in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, Angular, and both web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading & managing project teams, software developers and manage full lifecycle software development projects using .NET and modern web technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set project goals.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines & milestones.

- Assign tasks to developers, define individual responsibilities, motivate and guide the team, fostering collaboration and communication

- Track project progress, monitor adherence to the schedule, and adjust as needed.

- Conduct project reviews, identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement

- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate changes to project scope or requirements.

Your Qualifications :

Has working experience on below technologies :

- Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular (v10+), Web API

- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and RESTful services

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript

- Experience with Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks

- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus

- Version control using Git, GitHub/GitLab

- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

Qualifications :

- MCA, B.E./B.Tech. computer science or related field

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification good to have

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- 10+ years (including 3+ years in project & people management)
