The Data Analyst will work with cross functional teams across Data Science, Product and Sales teams. He/She will be responsible for data extraction, cleansing, processing and creating reports using BI tools. The Data Analyst is expected to be extremely diligent as his/her inputs will be used for making critical business decisions by the leadership team. The role will require critical thinking to analyse the data for correctness, detect anomalies, analyse key trends and build analytical reports for consumption of various internal and external clients. High level of integrity is a key requirement as we are dealing with extremely sensitive and confidential healthcare data.

The Data Analysts will have the opportunity to grow within the Data Science or Product Management teams. The organization is very flat and gives ample opportunity for the high performing folks to grow within their teams vertically or move across horizontally to expand the capabilities and grow into other work streams. We ensure that such individuals are fast tracked and given bigger problems and challenges to solve.

Responsibilities :

- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.

- Creating reports and analysis using Spreadsheets and BI tools

- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.

- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree from reputed Engineering colleges.

- 2 to 3 years of work experience as a data analyst preferably in a startup.

- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL and experience of working with relational and non-relational databases like mySQL, PostGres, Presto, Mongo (Athena/redshift experience is an added advantage).

- Proficiency in any modern BI tools like Tableau

- Understanding of Python for Data pre-processing/Cleaning for ML models will be a key advantage.

- Understanding of Basic Statistics.

- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
