Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a NodeJS Developer at Healthfirst Technologies. The role involves building and maintaining scalable backend services and contributing to full-stack development using NodeJS, MongoDB, and optionally ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using NodeJS.

- Design and implement data models and queries using MongoDB.

- Build RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and contribute to full-stack development when required.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 7- 10 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

- Strong hands-on expertise with NodeJS and MongoDB.

- Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus.

- Experience in designing scalable backend architectures.

- Good understanding of API design, authentication, and security best practices.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
