Function : IT Operations and Support - Solution Architecture / Presales, Software Engineering - Backend Development, Frontend Development React.js,Java,C#,.NETArchitecture

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers. They will be responsible for the overall technical direction of the team, as well as the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development and will be instrumental in driving the core development of the product from scratch.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of engineers

- Set technical direction for the team

- Oversee the development of new features and products

- Ensure that the team meets deadlines and objectives

- Mentor and develop junior engineers

- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Drive the core development of the product from scratch

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in engineering management

- Strong understanding of. NET framework

- Exposure to any frontend framework is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
