We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Delivery APAC to lead end-to-end program and project delivery across the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to ensure high-quality outcomes across large-scale software implementation projects.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance people management, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while driving innovation and sustainable delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Excellence :

- Oversee and guide project delivery across multiple client engagements in alignment with business objectives.

- Provide senior-level resolution for complex project-related issues.

- Coach and mentor project managers and teams to achieve delivery targets related to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.

- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

- Implement Agile and other best-practice methodologies across all delivery functions.

- Act as the bridge between project management and product teams to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

- Drive standardization through reusable project management tools and frameworks.

- Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development :

- Lead, inspire, and mentor project management teams across APAC.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of project management talent.

- Review project estimates, budgets, and forecasts to ensure delivery profitability.

- Support pre-sales initiatives and proposal development as needed.

Customer & Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Promote organizational products and solutions to customers and internal teams.

Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance, and quality standards.

- Review solutions for architectural compliance and performance alignment.

- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and project documentation standards.

Qualifications :

- Education : BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering or related discipline.

- Experience : 20+ years overall, with at least 15 years in leading large-scale implementation or delivery programs.

- Strong domain knowledge in Billing, CPQ, COM, Collections, and Payments from a software perspective.

- Proven experience in enterprise software delivery, SDLC management, and project governance.

- Exposure to software or utilities industry preferred.

- Deep understanding of SDLC processes and Agile delivery.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
