About the Role :

- Were looking for a Head of AI to architect, deploy, and scale an enterprise-grade agentic AI system on the Grow platform.

- Youll combine deep technical expertise with visionary leadership to design scalable AI systems that automate and optimize complex farm management operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and scale an enterprise-grade agentic AI system on the Grow platform.

- Architect and implement autonomous workflows for large-scale data-driven decision-making.

- Build and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.

- Develop and maintain robust MLOps & CI/CD pipelines ensuring scalability and reproducibility.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, product, and data teams for seamless integration.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 23 ML engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.

- Define AI roadmaps, performance metrics, and long-term intelligent system strategies.

Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems in production.

- Deep knowledge of LLM integrations, multi-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration tools.

- Strong background in MLOps, cloud ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed training.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.

- Experience with computer vision, API design, and scalable system architecture.

- Strong foundation in software engineering best practices and version control (Git).

Leadership & Communication :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proven success leading cross-functional AI teams and mentoring engineers.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic alignment skills.

- Ability to join immediately or within 1 week.
