Hiring an experienced Head of IT - Corporate IT Services to lead Corporate IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation within a large financial services environment.

A leading global financial institution offering an opportunity to lead Corporate IT Services within a large GCC environment, working closely with senior leadership and global technology stakeholders across India and Japan.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategy and Transformation :

- Define and execute the multi-year Corporate IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap, aligned with global technology objectives.

2. Infrastructure and Operations :

- Own IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, networks, data centers, production operations, ITSM, SLA governance, and DR/BCP.

3. Security and Governance :

- Lead information security and cybersecurity initiatives including IAM/PAM, threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

- Drive IT governance, risk management, compliance, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements as the 1st Line owner.

4. Applications and Stakeholder Management :

- Oversee enterprise applications, system integrations, technology vendors, and service providers.

- Partner with senior leadership and global IT teams to ensure alignment with technology, security, governance, and business objectives.

Requirements :

- 15 - 20 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within financial services / banking, with 7+ years in senior IT leadership.

- Proven experience working within a GCC environment, preferably with exposure to Corporate IT and Service Delivery structures.

- Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, production operations, information security, and cybersecurity.

- Mandatory experience designing GCC IT architecture with appropriate Corporate IT and Service Delivery information boundaries.

- Strong experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, regulatory examinations, governance, and risk management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's/MBA preferred.
