Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage highly available, scalable, multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure.

- Design disaster recovery, business continuity, and global deployment strategies.

- Build and scale modern DevOps platforms using Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Lead CI/CD platform engineering to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.

- Own cloud infrastructure security, identity & access management (IAM), vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.

- Drive infrastructure cost optimization (FinOps) across cloud environments.

- Build comprehensive observability platforms covering metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.

- Establish Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, incident response, and on-call operations.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and operational workflows.

- Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, developer productivity, and deployment velocity.

- Mentor infrastructure engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and distributed systems.

- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Strong experience building CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.

- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar platforms.

- Expertise in cloud networking, load balancing, DNS, storage, and security best practices.

- Strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, encryption, and cloud security.

- Experience implementing disaster recovery and high availability architectures.

- Knowledge of Linux systems administration and automation scripting.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
