We are looking for a seasoned IT, Architecture & Security Leader to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital transformation, and secure software ecosystem development. This role will be responsible for building scalable software architecture, secure application frameworks, and aligning technology investments with business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Strategy, Architecture & Leadership :

- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy, software architecture roadmap, and governance frameworks.

- Design scalable, resilient, and modular system architectures (microservices, distributed systems).

- Align IT and architecture decisions with business goals and ROI.

- Drive innovation across cloud, AI, automation, and platform engineering.

- Act as a technology advisor to leadership and board stakeholders.

2. IT Operations, Infrastructure & Platforms :

- Lead global IT operations including data centers, cloud, and hybrid environments.

- Manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems and platforms.

- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices.

- Oversee application lifecycle management and IT helpdesk functions.

3. Software Architecture & Engineering Excellence:

- Define enterprise architecture standards and design principles.

- Lead architecture for high-scale applications, APIs, and platforms.

- Drive microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-first design.

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and fault tolerance.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on design reviews, code quality, and best practices.

4. Cybersecurity & Software Security :

- Define and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategy across infrastructure and applications.

- Establish secure SDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle) practices.

- Integrate DevSecOps into CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure application security (SAST, DAST, API security, code vulnerability scanning).

- Oversee compliance with standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Manage IAM, Zero Trust architecture, endpoint and cloud security.

- Conduct VAPT, penetration testing, and security audits.

- Define and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP).

5. Product, Platform & Innovation :

- Collaborate with product teams for architecture design and scalable platform development.

- Drive AI/ML, analytics, and automation initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.

- Lead R&D initiatives for new business models or revenue streams.

6. IT Governance & ITSM :

- Implement ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and IT budgets.

- Ensure audit compliance, governance controls, and architecture reviews.

7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead and mentor IT, engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

- Build high-performing architecture and engineering capabilities.

- Collaborate with CXOs (CEO, CFO, COO) for strategic initiatives.

- Engage with clients, partners, and regulators.
