- Head of Information Technology & Digitization (IT Head)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview :

- QualityKiosk is seeking a forward-looking Head of Digital Technology & Transformation to lead enterprise IT, cloud modernization, AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- The role will focus on building scalable, resilient, and digitally enabled technology operations that enhance efficiency, innovation, and business agility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the organizations digital technology roadmap

- Lead enterprise IT operations across cloud, infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, and enterprise platforms

- Drive digitization, automation, self-service, and operational modernization initiatives

- Evaluate and implement AI / Generative AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

- Ensure resilient IT operations through governance, backup/DR, and operational risk practices

- Build dashboards, monitoring platforms, and workflow automation capabilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable technology-led transformation

- Lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in enterprise IT, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives

- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, and modern workplace technologies

- Knowledge of IT governance, operational resilience, backup/DR, and enterprise platforms

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities

Desired Qualities :

- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability

- Ability to independently drive initiatives from strategy to execution

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

- Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Experience & Qualification :

- 10-12 years of experience in enterprise IT / digital transformation roles

- Exposure to AWS/Azure/VMware, ITIL/ISMS, and automation platforms preferred

- AI / Generative AI certifications will be an added advantage

- Experience in BFSI / enterprise environments preferred

- Bachelors degree in engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
