Position : Head - Information Technology

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop the IT function by establishing technology platforms, processes, governance and talent.

- Oversee enterprise technology standards, governance and performance metrics.

- Partner with business functions to deliver technology solutions in a timely manner.

- Manage IT operations, budgeting and staffing.

- Lead application management, infrastructure, networks, IT security and projects.

- Drive technology strategy, digital transformation and back-office modernization.

- Evaluate and onboard technology partners and platform providers.

- Enhance customer experience across digital channels.

- Ensure production support, SLAs, business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

- Ensure IT security, regulatory compliance and IT governance.

- Lead IT audits and security reviews.

- Define and monitor IT performance metrics aligned to business goals.

- Partner with the COO to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase agility.

- Build and develop a high-performing technology team.

Job Specific Skills :

- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry disruptors.

- Understanding of credit cards and payment operations.

- Ability to lead the end-to-end technology function.

- Experience onboarding technology partners and leading transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications : Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional Qualification.

Minimum Experience : 16+ years with a full-time Post Graduate / Professional Qualification or 20+ years with a Graduation degree.
