Role Purpose :

The Head - Information & Digital Technology is responsible for defining and executing the organisation's technology and digital strategy, ensuring technology serves as a key enabler of business growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the enterprise technology and digital roadmap.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives across cloud, automation, AI, and analytics.

- Lead the strategy and governance of enterprise platforms including PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, and ERP.

- Ensure secure, reliable IT infrastructure and lead cybersecurity strategy.

- Define the enterprise AI roadmap and build data governance capabilities.

- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing.

- Build and lead a high-performing technology organisation.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA/Technology Management preferred.

- 15-20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.

- Experience in travel, hospitality, healthcare, retail, real estate, or digital commerce sectors.
