Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Google Cloud Solutions & Architecture to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of enterprise-scale Google Cloud and AI transformation initiatives. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI/GenAI, cloud-native architecture, enterprise modernization, and solution consulting.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, lead high-impact cloud transformation programs, define solution strategies, mentor architecture teams, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the organization's Google Cloud solution strategy across cloud infrastructure, data, AI, and application modernization.

- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.

- Lead large-scale cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation programs.

- Drive AI and GenAI adoption using Google Cloud AI services, including enterprise-grade LLM-based solutions.

- Partner with business leaders and customers to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.

- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, solution workshops, and executive presentations.

- Establish cloud architecture standards, governance frameworks, security best practices, and reference architectures.

- Lead architecture reviews, solution validation, technical risk assessments, and design governance.

- Mentor solution architects and engineering teams while fostering innovation and engineering excellence.

- Collaborate closely with Google Cloud, internal delivery teams, sales, alliances, and product organizations to accelerate business growth.

- Represent the organization at customer meetings, technology forums, industry conferences, and partner events as a cloud thought leader.

- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Strong understanding of cloud networking, scalability, reliability, and high-availability architectures.

- Experience designing cloud-native, distributed, microservices-based applications.

AI & Data :

- Proven experience designing enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.

- Strong expertise in :

3. Large Language Models (LLMs)

4. Prompt Engineering

5. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

6. AI Agents

7. MLOps

- Experience building AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI frameworks.

- Strong understanding of enterprise data modernization, analytics platforms, and modern data architectures.

- Ability to articulate measurable business outcomes from AI and cloud transformation initiatives.

Enterprise Architecture :

- Experience integrating Google Cloud solutions with enterprise platforms such as :

1. ERP

2. CRM

3. Enterprise Data Platforms

- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures.

- Experience designing secure enterprise integration and modernization strategies.

Leadership & Consulting Skills :

- Proven experience leading large solution architecture and cloud consulting teams.

- Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to engage CXOs and business leaders on digital transformation strategies.

- Experience collaborating across sales, delivery, engineering, alliances, and partner ecosystems.
