Job Title: Delivery Manager / Delivery Head (Healthcare Domain)

Experience: 20+ Years

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects across the Healthcare domain.

- Manage and mentor a large team of 50+ technical professionals including engineers, leads, architects, and project managers.

- Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, best practices, and quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align delivery outcomes.

- Drive project financials, resource allocation, utilization, and productivity improvements.

- Conduct regular delivery reviews, milestone assessments, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Utilize strong technical expertise in .NET-based applications to guide teams, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth execution.

- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and process automation within delivery operations.

- Manage escalations, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 20+ years of experience in IT project and delivery management.

- Mandatory: Strong .NET technology background with hands-on experience in .NET project delivery.

- Healthcare domain expertise with exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)

- Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.

- Proven experience leading large teams of 50+ technical members.

- Excellent stakeholder communication, client management, and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC methodologies.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing delivery financials.

- Ability to work in dynamic environments and drive large-scale transformation initiatives
