Key Responsibilities :

- Understand product requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios

- Design, execute, and maintain manual and/or automated test cases

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar

- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects effectively

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Ensure quality standards are met before every release

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance and Team Handling .

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

- Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques

- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools

- Ability to write clear test cases, test plans, and test reports

- API testing experience (basic to intermediate)

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

- Good written and verbal communication skills
