Key Responsibilities :

- Provide support for internal and external platforms with a focus on availability, efficiency, and performance.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Participate in infrastructure projects, including data center migrations and cloud transitions.

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

- Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and support across time zones.

- Contribute to automation and scripting efforts using PowerCLi and Terraform.
