Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across business and marketing functions, with hands-on ownership of end-to-end campaign analytics.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Databricks, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Prior experience in the BFSI domain (Mutual Funds / Financial Services preferred) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :


Operational :


- Collaborate closely with business and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics needs.

- Own end-to-end campaign analytics, including campaign setup validation, tracking, performance measurement, and post-campaign analysis.

- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.

- Design and deliver high-quality dashboards, campaign MIS, ad-hoc analyses, and automated reporting pipelines.

- Track and report campaign KPIs such as reach, conversion, ROI, funnel performance, customer cohorts, and attribution metrics.

- Manage and prioritize multiple data requests while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data governance compliance.

- Develop robust SQL-based solutions supporting data lake and analytics architecture.

- Work with structured and semi-structured data; exposure to big data platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :


Strategic :


- Partner with marketing and business teams to support upsell, cross-sell, and lifecycle campaigns from ideation to closure.

- Translate complex business and campaign objectives into scalable, data-driven analytical solutions.

- Perform pre-campaign analysis, in-campaign optimization, and post-campaign effectiveness measurement.

- Proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and optimization levers through deep data analysis.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on insights, KPIs, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications : B./B.Tech/M./M.Tech or B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Data Analytics, Big Data, AI/ML, or related fields.

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business analytics, or campaign analytics roles.

- Experience in BFSI / Mutual Funds / Financial Services is strongly preferred
