Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development & Support Design, develop, maintain, enhance, and support applications across assigned technology stacks or functional domains.

- Perform full software development lifecycle (SDLC) tasks, including analysis, requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure minimal impact on business operations.

- Analysis & System Design Lead the analysis of business needs to create detailed requirements and functional specifications.

- Prepare accurate design documents and development estimates.

- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with requirements.

- Project Collaboration Participate in or lead project setup activities, including environment configuration, data preparation, stakeholder alignment, and documentation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

- Third-Party Applications Assist in the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and integration of third-party applications and tools.

- Support installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of licensed software.

- Training & Supervision Provide guidance, mentorship, and basic job training to junior team members and peers on a regular basis.

- May supervise small teams or coordinate the work of others on specific tasks or projects.

- Ensure adherence to established development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.

- Operational Impact Perform work that contributes indirectly to cost containment, operational efficiency, system reliability, and overall organizational profitability.

- Execute tasks with measurable outcomes; consequences of error are generally identifiable and confined.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience :

- Candidates may qualify through either of the following routes : Formal Education Path Bachelors degree in Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration (BA), Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, systems analysis, and applications support.

- Experience-Based Path 11+ years of hands-on software development and application support experience without a formal degree.

Technical Competencies :

- Strong proficiency in Systems Development and Application Support, including Analysis, Design, Programming, Product Selection, Maintenance, and Customer Support.

- Ability to develop and maintain moderately to highly complex applications.

- Well-developed computer skills with a solid understanding of software engineering methodologies and information technologies.

- Good working knowledge of relevant business functions, applications, and technology landscapes within the assigned domain.
