Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Consultant with strong expertise in Configuration and Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules based on business requirements.

- Develop new functionalities using Guidewire configuration tools.

- Design and implement integrations with external applications and third-party systems.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain policy administration workflows.

- Configure products, coverages, underwriting rules, rating, forms, and policy lifecycle processes.

- Build and maintain APIs and integration services.

- Support governance, compliance, and policy management initiatives.

- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and defect resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.

- Support production deployments and post-production activities.

- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve system performance and application stability.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.

- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Integration.

- Good understanding of Guidewire architecture.

- Experience with Gosu programming.

- Knowledge of PCF configuration.

- Experience with Data Model customization.

- Expertise in Rules Engine development.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and SQL.

- Experience with Java development.

- Understanding of insurance policy administration processes.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification.

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Knowledge of insurance domain regulations and compliance.
