Guidewire Developer - GOSU Programming

Required Qualifications:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development.

- Strong expertise in Integration development using GOSU, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and JSON.

- Proficient in Guidewire Messaging architecture, web services, and plugin frameworks.

- Experience with ClaimCenter version 10.x or higher preferred.

- Exposure to ClaimCenter Configuration (PCFs, Rules, Typelists) is a plus.

- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts, especially Claims.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, modify, and deploy software solutions using Gosu programming and GUnit for testing.

- Configure and customize Guidewire Policy Center, including creating and modifying screen layouts (PCFs) to meet business requirements.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Guidewire Configuration, including Rating and Integration modules.

- Implement multiple LOBs by configuring product modeling, quoting, rating management, forms management, policy revisioning, underwriting authority, account management, batch framework, and policy center administration.

- Configure operational and administrative parameters such as user roles and permissions within the system.

- Collaborate within Agile development teams to deliver user stories effectively and on schedule.

- Perform Guidewire software upgrades, both minor and major, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.

- Support Guidewire Policy Center implementation and provide ongoing maintenance support.

- Apply domain knowledge in personal lines or commercial insurance to tailor Guidewire solutions to business needs.
