GrowthArc - Python Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend (Python-based frameworks) and frontend technologies, along with a solid understanding of system design and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices

- Integrate third-party services and APIs

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive UI using React / Angular / Vue.js

- Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Database & Data Handling :

- Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)

- Optimize queries and manage data efficiently

System Design & Integration :

- Design scalable architectures and system workflows

- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams

DevOps & Deployment :

- Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines

- Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP

Key Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React preferred)

- Good understanding of REST APIs & microservices architecture

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL

- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations

- Knowledge of Kubernetes

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
