Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (Tag Manager), and other Adobe Suite tools.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient digital analytics implementations.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define tracking strategies and KPIs.

- Design and implement custom tracking solutions (page views, events, eCommerce, user interactions, etc.

- Perform regular audits of analytics implementation and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for tracking requirements and implementation.

- Build custom dashboards and reports to visualize web performance, campaign impact, and user behavior insights.

- Troubleshoot tracking issues and debug data collection using browser developer tools and Adobe Debugging tools.

- Stay current with digital analytics trends, technologies, and Adobe Suite enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in web/digital analytics implementation and data engineering.

- Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is required.

- Strong understanding of tag management systems and JavaScript-based tracking solutions.

- Familiarity with other tools such as Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics (as secondary tools).

- Proficiency in using browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, etc.) for debugging and validation.

- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPA frameworks, etc.

- Ability to write clear technical documentation and implementation guides.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials are a plus
