GrowExx - Senior Software Engineer - Java/Spring

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and services.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and DevOps to deliver features and enhancements.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.

- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Ensure software quality through unit testing and integration testing.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE platforms.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services.

- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle, and version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms is a plus.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
