GrowExx - Lead System Administrator

Description :

- Provide Tier3 support for escalations from the L2 support team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms.

- Conduct detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

- Assist end users with advanced-level technical issues.

Linux Systems Administration :

- Perform system security hardening, patch management, and performance optimization.

- Utilize shell scripting (Bash/Python) for automation and process improvement.

Open-Source Tools & Applications :

1. Wazuh SIEM.

2. Passbolt Password Manager.

3. Network monitoring tool PRTG,.

4. Asset management toolGLPi, Snipe-it, Manage engine.

5. Other infrastructure, monitoring, or security-related applications.

- Evaluate and recommend open-source solutions based on organizational needs.

Active Directory & Cloud Identity Management :

- Support Azure AD / Cloud AD deployments and integrations (Jumpcloud, MS Intune, Scalefusion).

- Work with hybrid identity technologies (Azure AD Connect, SSO, Conditional Access).

Education and Experience :

- 7- 10 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Linux administration.

- Team management experience in overseeing support teams, ensuring efficient issue resolution and service

delivery.

- Proficiency in Windows and macOS support.

- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, IAM concepts, and Azure AD.

- Experience with open-source applications such as Wazuh, Passbolt, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.

- O365 basic understanding/management.

- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and security best practices.

- Relevant certifications such as Linux+, RHCSA, Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
