GrowExx - Backend Engineer - Node.js/Golang

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Migrate and refactor existing NestJS services to Go, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Deploy and support cloud-based microservices and backend components.

- Work with existing Node.js services to fix bugs, enhance functionality, and add new features.

- Apply best practices in software design patterns, code quality, and system architecture.

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliable and maintainable code.

- Utilize AWS services for scalable and efficient deployments.

Education and Experience :

- B Tech/B.E/MCA.

- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, focusing on Node.js, NestJS, and Go.

- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern backend frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, or related services).

- Experience developing and maintaining GraphQL APIs.

- Familiarity with software design patterns, programming paradigms, and best practices for Node.js.

- Experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless design.

- Knowledge of API Gateway, message queues, or event-driven systems.

Analytical and Personal Skills :

- Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.

- Good Communication skills in English both written and verbal.

- Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work.

- Attention to detail.
