We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in backend development, architectural design, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will guide developers, design scalable enterprise-grade systems, and drive critical technical decisions within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.

- Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial industry standards.

- Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional coordination, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices.

- Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

- Implement authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Ensure performance optimization, system reliability, and adherence to security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 510 years of experience in backend development and technical leadership.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with API development, Redis, and high-performance backend systems.

- Good exposure to distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-level system design.

- Experience in designing and deploying solutions using Keycloak (must-have).

- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing sprints, and mentoring engineers.

- Strong architectural knowledge, particularly within financial services or other highly regulated domains.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
