Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist skilled in Generative AI, RAG systems, and microservices architecture. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions such as RAG chatbots, LLM-driven BI tools, and coding agents, leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions (RAG chatbots, BI assistants, coding agents).

- Develop and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or similar tools.

- Build data ingestion and retrieval pipelines with LlamaIndex/LangChain.

- Manage and optimize vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).

- Integrate multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and evaluate performance.

- Establish observability and monitoring using LangSmith or Weights & Biases.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize AI models within microservices.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or LangChain.

- Experience in RAG systems, LLM BI, and code generation agents.

- Knowledge of vector databases and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML fundamentals (clustering, regression, forecasting).

- Familiarity with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and API-based deployments.

- Working knowledge of LLM observability tools and AI evaluation frameworks.

Good to Have :

- Experience with fine-tuning, self-hosting LLMs, or transformer models (BERT, YOLO).

- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, TensorBoard).

- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Understanding of prompt engineering, data security, and AI system evaluation.
