Job Title : Java Technical Lead - Microservices & Modernization (Industrial IoT / Heavy Engineering Domain)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Modernization : Lead low-level design (LLD) and refactoring of legacy monoliths into cloud-native microservices using Java 17+ & Spring Boot.

- Technical Leadership : Own technical delivery, conduct code reviews, enforce clean code standards (SOLID), and mentor a squad of 4-8 engineers.

- API & Data Engineering : Design high-throughput REST APIs, build containerized deployment pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes), and optimize database performance (SQL/JPA/Hibernate).

- AI & DevOps Integration : Drive AI-assisted development tools (Copilot) into daily engineering workflows and integrate quality gates into CI/CD build pipelines.

Must-Have Skills :

- Core Tech : Java (17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA / Hibernate, Microservices architecture.

- Database & Messaging : Relational Databases (SQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle), Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- DevOps & Quality : Git, Maven, Docker, SonarQube, JUnit / Mockito.

- Role Fit : Proven experience in Agile environments, microservices migration, and global stakeholder communication.
