Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python (Django Framework), Java, and modern front-end technologies.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Provide strong team leadership, guiding engineers through best practices, effective planning, and high-quality delivery.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

- Lead and contribute to mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

- Create responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

- Research, integrate, and optimise AI/ML-driven features to enhance product capability and performance.

- Explore and prototype Blockchain-based solutions, including smart contract integrations.

- Participate actively in system design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Follow best practices in software architecture, maintain high code quality, and ensure comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications :

- Practical experience with React and Node.js, along with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Good working knowledge of networking concepts including AD, DNS, DHCP, network devices, and APIs.

- Excellent communication, team leading, and problem-solving skills are a must along with the above 3 pointers mentioned in this

section.

- Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Experience in mobile app development - Native (Android/iOS) or Cross-platform (Flutter/React Native).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Blockchain and Web3 technologies.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.

- Understanding of performance optimisation for web and mobile apps.
