Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic GCP Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications that leverage the full power of the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By building robust data pipelines and optimizing cloud infrastructure, you will directly influence the efficiency of our data processing capabilities and ensure seamless delivery of services to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable data streaming solutions using Kafka to ensure real-time data availability for downstream analytics and application services.

- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform to improve system reliability and reduce operational latency for our clients.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot integration challenges, ensuring that cloud infrastructure aligns with evolving business objectives.

- Automate deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the release cycle and enhance the overall quality of software deliverables.

- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to maintain cost-efficiency while meeting the high-performance demands of our production environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing distributed systems using Kafka and Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- A solid foundation in software engineering principles, typically acquired through a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, showing high levels of self-motivation and adaptability to changing project requirements.

- Capability to work with 0 - 3 years of professional experience in cloud development, showing a clear track record of delivering high-quality code in fast-paced settings.
