As a GCP Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for our cloud transformation initiatives, guiding the design and implementation of complex, scalable cloud environments. You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and client leadership to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures. Your primary impact will be in driving the adoption of modern cloud-native patterns, ensuring that our clients achieve operational excellence, high availability, and seamless performance across their distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform to support high-traffic, mission-critical applications.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures to improve agility and scalability.

- Define and enforce best practices for container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker to ensure consistent deployment cycles across environments.

- Architect scalable data solutions that integrate seamlessly with GCP's data ecosystem to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevSecOps pipelines, ensuring security and compliance are embedded within the infrastructure lifecycle.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex GCP cloud environments, with a deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and service-oriented architecture.

- Extensive experience in managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker, including the optimization of clusters for performance and cost.

- Proven ability to architect and manage large-scale data platforms, demonstrating a strong grasp of data architecture principles within a cloud context.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting high-impact production issues in distributed systems.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai offices, maintaining high standards of delivery and professional integrity.

- A minimum of 10 to 20 years of professional experience in software engineering and cloud architecture, preferably within a consulting or high-growth product environment.
