Role Summary:

As a Google Cloud Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems while ensuring high-quality support. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Google Cloud technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges in critical business systems.

- Engage in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes.

- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team collaboration.

- Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Ensure the seamless operation of essential applications.

- Align AI capabilities with business objectives for scalability and value realization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of total experience.

- Strong experience in Google Cloud or GCP.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.

- Experience in Multi-Agent or Agentic AI or Generative AI.

- Proficiency in AI design and deployment.

- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Strong analytical skills in a cloud environment.
