GoodWorkLabs - Mobile Software Development Engineer III - Flutter/Kotlin

About the Role :

What You Will Do :

- Own end-to-end development of critical features in Flutter and Kotlin.

- Contribute to mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux).

- Build modular, testable, and maintainable codebases aligned with platform guidelines.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for mobile apps.

- Optimize app performance (startup time, responsiveness, memory usage, and crash rates).

2. Collaboration & Delivery :

- Partner with backend, product, and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality

features.

- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, system design reviews, and release planning.

- Collaborate on observability, analytics, and A/B testing integrations for data-driven decisions.

3. Mentorship & Best Practices :

- Mentor junior engineers in Flutter and Kotlin best practices.

- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and architecture

discussions.

What You Will Need :

- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in Flutter + Kotlin development.

- Hands-on experience with offline-first design, caching, and data synchronization.

- Proficiency with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

- Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.

- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in fintech, ride-hailing, or other high-scale transactional platforms.
