About The Opportunity :

Opportunity in the Enterprise Software / Cloud-native engineering sector building backend platforms and scalable SaaS services. We design high-throughput, low-latency systems for digital products used by B2B customers, focusing on reliability, performance, and rapid iteration. This is an on-site leadership role based in India.

Primary Title: Golang Tech Lead

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Experience : 10+ Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead design and implementation of production-grade backend services in Go (Golang), owning architecture, code quality, and delivery.

- Build and maintain microservices with gRPC and RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, low latency, and fault tolerance.

- Drive containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes; define CI/CD pipelines and automated release practices.

- Partner with product, SRE, and QA to define SLAs, observability, and runbook-driven incident response for live systems.

- Perform performance profiling, capacity planning, and optimize services for throughput and resource efficiency.

- Mentor engineers, run code reviews, evangelize engineering best practices, and raise the bar on system design and testing.
