Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Golang Developer with a strong background in designing and building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Golang, Microservices architecture, Redis, Kafka, and solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang

- Build and manage microservices-based architecture

- Integrate messaging systems like Kafka for real-time data processing

- Implement caching strategies using Redis

- Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Golang

- Strong experience with Microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with Kafka (producer/consumer, event-driven systems)

- Experience with Redis (caching, pub/sub)

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (preferred)

- Good understanding of system design and scalability

Good to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to Kubernetes

- Experience in high-traffic or distributed systems
