Open Position : Golang Developer (C2H Contract to Hire)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Golang Developer to join our dynamic team. As part of a high-impact engineering team, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end design and architecture of complex systems, translating product requirements into high-level and low-level designs that ensure seamless implementation of mission-critical applications.

You will partner with product/business teams to understand the product specifications and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding experience, and a passion for designing high-performance, real-time internet applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Write maintainable, scalable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices.

- Apply advanced algorithms and data structures for performance optimization.

- Implement low-level and high-level architecture for complex systems.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Work with databases and Linux/Unix systems to ensure seamless data integration and management.

- Contribute to the teams overall technology vision and product development.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Excellent coding skills, particularly in Golang.

- Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals.

- Expertise in data modeling, low-level design, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, APIs, and Linux/Unix systems.

Desired Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution.

- Strong object-oriented programming background and design best practices.
