Golang Developer - Microservices Architecture

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with strong exposure to the telecom industry to build highly scalable, cloud-native, and real-time telecom applications.

The ideal candidate will work on developing microservices and distributed systems for telecom platforms such as 5G Core, ORAN, IMS, VoLTE, RAN, OSS/BSS, and network orchestration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services and microservices using Golang.

- Design and implement high-performance APIs for telecom applications and network systems.

- Work closely with network engineers and product teams to understand telecom workflows and convert them into automation-first software solutions.

- Integrate services with databases, event streaming platforms, network functions, and OSS/BSS components.

- Participate in application lifecycle activities design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Improve performance, resiliency, and scalability of distributed systems.

- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis in production environments.

- Document architecture, code modules, deployment pipelines, and SLAs.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang and microservices architecture.

Excellent understanding of telecom domain concepts such as :

- 5G / 4G Core, ORAN, IMS, VoLTE, RAN

- Network orchestration / NFV / SDN

- OSS/BSS systems

- Strong knowledge of :

- REST / gRPC APIs

- Event-driven architecture / Kafka / RabbitMQ

- Memory management, concurrency, multithreading, and distributed systems

- Experience with databases :

- SQL : PostgreSQL / MySQL

- NoSQL : Cassandra / MongoDB / Redis

- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git.

- Experience working in Linux environments.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Knowledge of C, C++, Python or other backend languages.

- Experience with networking protocols : SIP, Diameter, SCTP, HTTP/2, TCP/IP.

- Exposure to policy control, charging, subscriber management, or network orchestration platforms.

Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in agile & fast-paced telecom product development environment.
