Golang Developer (SDE I) Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location : Bangalore (Remote)

Experience : 1.5 3 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Golang Developer to join our high-impact engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance backend systems that power large-scale, real-time applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product & business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.

- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services.

- Implement low-level and high-level architecture for complex systems.

- Optimize performance for handling large-scale traffic.

- Work with SQL databases and APIs for seamless data integration.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

Must-Have Skills :

- 1+ year hands-on experience with Golang (OOP mindset).

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

- Experience in Class Design, Graphs, APIs, SQL.

- Good understanding of graph algorithms.

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Redis, Solr, Memcache.

- Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms or real-time internet applications.

- Performance tuning and optimization skills.
