Description :

- Design, build, and own backend services using Golang.

- Develop, maintain, and scale RESTful and gRPC APIs.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features - from system design and development to deployment and production support.

- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that evolve with product growth.

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and engineering teams to ship features rapidly.

- Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Debug and resolve production issues, improving system resilience and observability.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable code following best practices.

- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions as the platform scales.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang.

- Proven experience building backend services and APIs from scratch.

- Solid understanding of databases : PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

- Good knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go.

- Experience with microservices or modular monolith architectures.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and basic exposure to Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with message queues and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
