As a Go Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure backend services and middleware components to support the payment gateway infrastructure. You'll work closely with Rust developers, system architects, and DevOps to build event-driven, high-availability services.

Application Security, Infrastructure Security, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, RBI Cybersecurity Guidelines, SIEM (E.g., Splunk, Wazuh), WAF, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, TLS Certificates, HSMs, Secrets Management, Secure APIs, Python Scripting, Bash Scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust APIs, authentication layers, and service integrations.

- Build and scale middleware for transactions, settlements, and data reconciliation.

- Implement caching, rate limiting, and logging mechanisms.

- Integrate with card networks, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and bank APIs.

- Write unit, integration, and load tests for reliability and performance validation.

- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to define backend contracts.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 5+ years of experience developing Go-based applications.

- Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.

- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka/RabbitMQ.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
