We are seeking a skilled Golang Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have experience in back-end type safe programming languages, with a preference for Golang, and be comfortable working with micro-service architecture and communication.

About the Role :

The Golang Engineer will be part of a team delivering business functions and customer journeys using a Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment, with a focus on testing and automation throughout the CICD pipeline to production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality software using Golang and other relevant technologies

- Collaborate with the team to deliver business functions and customer journeys

- Work within a Scrum framework to deliver tested and automated solutions

- Participate in continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous testing

Required Skills :

- Demonstrable experience in at least one back-end type safe programming language, with Golang being preferred

- Experience with back-end micro-service architecture and communication, including REST and asynchronous messaging services such as Kafka and RabbitMQ

- Comfortable working within a Scrum framework and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

- Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in professional software development, including test-driven development and software engineering methodology

- Knowledge of technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Golang, Git, gRPC, Docker, and GraphQL

- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous testing, including tools such as Jenkins, Rally, and JIRA, and version control systems like GIT or SVN

Qualifications :

- A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field is desirable, but equivalent work experience will be considered

- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others to deliver business functions and customer journeys
