We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Go, cloud platforms, microservices, and high performance backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Go (Golang).

- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event driven architectures.

- Work with concurrency, goroutines, and channels to optimize system performance.

- Integrate with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or key value stores.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code.

- Implement unit tests and ensure high code quality.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy services on Docker / Kubernetes / CI?CD pipelines.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

- Follow best practices for security, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go).

- Solid understanding of concurrency patterns, goroutines & channels.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or gRPC.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud native tools.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and message queues like Kafka / RabbitMQ.

Good to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.

- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, or Hexagonal Architecture.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- 5 years of hands on experience with Golang.
