Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer who can independently design, develop, and own end-to-end backend projects. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-grade environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Go (Golang)

- Take complete ownership of modules and deliver projects independently

- Build and optimize Web Services / APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with hands-on coding experience

- Ability to code independently and own end-to-end projects

- Secondary development experience in Java, Python, or C++

- Hands-on experience building Web Services / RESTful APIs with strong understanding of implementation details

- Solid understanding of backend systems, data structures, and concurrency

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with Milvus or other vector databases

- Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms

- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
